Our elderberries are harvested, cleaned and destemmed in the early morning. You are able to use them fresh, or else they are frozen within hours to preserve the berries nutrients.
Elderflowers are available fresh during the spring and early summer; and available dried while supplies last. We plan to make cuttings from our established plants available in the future. Stay tuned for more information!
